These Terms of Service govern your use of the Aquié Beauty Innovations online store and your purchase of products from our website.

Section 5 – Products or Services

Aquié controls and operates the Site from Sri Lanka, and orders are shipped from Sri Lanka, as applicable to our delivery coverage.

Inventory information is generally available on the Site. This information can be used to estimate the likelihood that merchandise will be shipped after you place your order. However, we cannot guarantee that a product listed as in stock will be available at the time your order is processed, as inventory can change from time to time.

If an item that is displayed as available becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we may contact you by email or telephone. Where payment has already been received, a refund or suitable alternative arrangement may be offered for the unavailable item.

Pre-packaged gifts, bundles, or promotional sets, if any, are assembled individually and may vary slightly. We reserve the right to substitute a product of equal value and nature if the original product becomes unavailable.

Risk of damage to or loss of any product ordered by you transfers to you from the time of delivery. Title in the product shall not pass to you until we have received cleared payment in full for the relevant product.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any colour will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products and product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

Section 6 – Beauty, Skincare and Product Use Disclaimer

Our products are intended for external use only unless otherwise clearly stated on the product packaging or product description.

Product results may vary from person to person depending on skin type, usage, sensitivity, lifestyle, environment and other individual factors.

Before using a new skincare, bath, body, or beauty product, we recommend conducting a patch test. Discontinue use immediately if irritation, discomfort, rash, redness, or any adverse reaction occurs.

Product information provided on the Site is for general information purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. If you have a known allergy, skin condition, pregnancy-related concern, medical condition, or are under medical treatment, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any product.

Aquié Beauty Innovations shall not be responsible for misuse of products, failure to follow instructions, allergic reactions, or any results arising from individual sensitivities or improper use.

Section 7 – Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.

These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address, shipping address or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, phone number, billing address and shipping address, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Section 8 – Payments, Bank Deposits and Cash on Delivery

We may offer different payment methods through the Site, including online payments, manual payments, bank deposit / bank transfer, and Cash on Delivery, subject to availability.

For Bank Deposit / Bank Transfer orders, your order may remain pending until payment is received and verified. You are required to use your Shopify order number as the payment reference and send proof of payment where requested.

For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made at the time of delivery. Please ensure that the correct amount is available when receiving the order.

We reserve the right to cancel unpaid, unverified, suspicious, incomplete or duplicate orders.

Section 9 – Shipping, Delivery and Order Fulfilment

We currently deliver orders within Sri Lanka, unless otherwise stated on the Site or at checkout.

Delivery charges, delivery timelines and available delivery options will be displayed at checkout or within our Shipping Policy.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier availability, location, weather, public holidays, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances beyond our control.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details. We will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete or unreachable delivery information provided by the customer.

Section 10 – Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Due to the personal-care and hygiene-sensitive nature of beauty, skincare, bath and body products, opened, used, damaged after delivery, or tampered products may not be eligible for return or exchange unless required by applicable law.

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, leaked, or incomplete item, please contact us within the timeframe stated in our Refund Policy and provide your order number, photos or videos of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.

Section 11 – Customs Duty / Taxes at Destination

If we ship outside Sri Lanka in the future, products purchased may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country depending on local regulations.

Such charges are not included in the prices and/or shipping costs and are payable by the customer. Aquié will not be held responsible for these charges.

If you refuse to accept an international package, the destination customs authority or courier may destroy, dispose of, return, or hold the package according to its own process and timelines.

Section 12 – Optional Tools

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement.

Any use by you of optional tools offered through the Site is entirely at your own risk and discretion.
